This newly built apartment building is located in one of the most beautiful places in town – Vilnius Old Town, which is also a part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Also, just around the corner of this gated community, you will see the Bastion Defense wall, which reveals a fantastic panoramic view of the city.

The new apartment has a unique interior, large ceiling-to-floor windows, and beautiful historical city views. In addition, the apartment has a modern heating system, air recuperation, A/C, and high-quality appliances. You will live in a calmer part of the Old Town, but in a couple of minutes on foot, you will reach the best sightseeing spots and many restaurants and cafes.
This condo is brand new and has a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a washer. The apartment is on the second floor, which you can easily reach by stairs or a lift.

This area is ideal for those who want to balance tranquility with the energetic cultural life of the Old Town.

10/10. Perfect.Just as on pictures: sparkling clean, brand new, really comfortable apt with everything you need for a longer (1week+) stay. You wouldn't find a single thing to pick on even if you tried hard. Peacefully quiet and private surrounding, you see a church out of the window. Few mins to an old town (as you are in an old town already). 5 min walk to a big supermarket.I definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again!

Very comfortable and beautiful apartment. We liked the location and communication with Akvile was very friendly and quick. We had the possibility to check in early and check out late which we appreciated a lot. Even a baby bed was available. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this apartment for couples as well as small families.

We felt in love with the apartment it surely doesn’t look like Airbnb! Everything is made with love and care for you to feel comfortable ❤️ furniture and amenities are premium quality, we didn’t want to leave! The area is so peaceful and stunning, there is a view on a church from the window - very cozy!Akvile is a very helpful and friendly host, she did sucky an amazing presentation and guide about apartment and Vilnius!I would highly recommend to book your stay with the host!
